Terms & Conditions

1. About SingularMade

SingularMade offers personalized products, ready-to-embroider designs and on-site embroidery experiences. Available products include garments, caps, leather tags and phone cases. Depending on the product, you can choose lettering or ornament styles, use a preset image, or personalize a design with your own photo and the available design tools. Embroidery, printing and other customization options vary by product; use the options shown on its product page.

2. Account Registration & Login

You can use SingularMade with or without an account:

  • Guest checkout: You may browse, design, and place orders without creating an account. We use your checkout contact details to associate your order and send order updates.
  • Account creation: You can create an account using email & password or Google Sign-In. Creating an account lets you track orders, save designs, and access your design history across devices.
  • Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Notify us immediately at support@singularmade.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
  • Account deletion: You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us. We will delete your account and associated personal data within 30 days, except records we must retain by law or to resolve an outstanding transaction.

3. Use of Service

By using SingularMade, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. You must be at least 13 years of age to use our service.

4. Personalization & Previews

  • Review your product, size, color, design, spelling and placement before ordering. Some lettering styles accept only a limited number of characters or supported letters; the preview shows the part that fits that style.
  • The quick customizer and other local or concept previews help you explore a design. They are not a stitch file or a guarantee of exact physical color, texture, size or placement. Materials, thread, production methods and your screen can affect appearance.
  • Ready-to-embroider styles and preset images do not require an AI generation step. Photo-based and AI-assisted options are available only where offered, and generated results may differ from the requested idea. Review the result before using it.
  • Availability and turnaround depend on the selected product, stock, customization and fulfillment option. A preview alone does not reserve stock or confirm same-day dispatch. Any confirmed production or pickup timing is provided with your order or event.

5. Your Content & Design Resources

  • Your content: You retain the rights you hold in the photos, text and artwork you upload. You must have permission to use them, including images of other people, trademarks and copyrighted material.
  • Permission to provide the service: You allow us and our service providers to process, store, display and reproduce your submitted content as needed to provide the design features you request and produce and fulfill your order. This does not grant permission to use your personal photos in our marketing.
  • Presets, fonts and templates: These remain subject to their owners' rights and licenses. Buying a personalized product does not transfer ownership of a font, template or source embroidery file, or grant a right to redistribute it.
  • AI-assisted results: We do not promise that generated artwork is unique, exclusive, copyrightable or free of third-party rights. Your responsibility to review your design and obtain necessary permissions also applies to generated content.
  • Our platform: SingularMade branding, interface and technology remain protected by applicable intellectual property rights.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use SingularMade to create designs that are illegal, hateful, obscene, or infringe on others' rights.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform.
  • Create automated accounts or use bots to access the service.
  • Resell or redistribute SingularMade's AI generation capabilities as a standalone service.
  • Use the platform to generate content that impersonates real individuals without their consent.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

7. Orders & Payments

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in USD.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders that contain inappropriate content or violate these terms.
  • Shipping times and costs vary based on the selected shipping method and destination.
  • Order communications use the contact details you provide. Shipping or pickup options and any applicable charges are shown during ordering.

8. Refund Policy

  • Defective products: If your product arrives damaged or with a production defect, including faulty embroidery or printing, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund.
  • Wrong item: If you receive the wrong item (wrong size, color, or product), we will send the correct item at no extra cost.
  • Design dissatisfaction: For personalized products, we cannot offer a refund solely because you dislike the design you selected or approved. Please review your text and preview carefully before ordering. This does not remove the remedies above for defective products or incorrect fulfillment.
  • Non-delivery: If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, contact us and we will investigate with the carrier. If the package is confirmed lost, we will reship or refund.

To request a refund, email support@singularmade.com with your order number and a description or photo of the issue.

9. Order Communications

We use your email and any phone number provided with an order to communicate about that order. Where SMS notifications are enabled, messages may include order confirmation or fulfillment updates. Frequency depends on your order; message and data rates may apply. Providing a phone number does not authorize marketing texts.

To stop order texts, reply STOP to an SMS you receive or contact support@singularmade.com. For help, use the same support address. We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing. Delivery of messages depends on the messaging provider and your carrier.

10. On-site Events

Our live embroidery offering brings personalization to markets, celebrations and team events. Products, available designs, quantities and pickup arrangements depend on the individual event. Event demos illustrate the experience and do not create a booking or reserve inventory. A private-event booking, its scope, charges and timing are governed by the details agreed for that event.

11. Privacy

Your use of SingularMade is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the platform is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the platform. Your continued use of SingularMade after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
